Last October blowhard Joe Biden warned the world that if any nation dared defy, test or oppose Barack Obama that there would be dire consequences; that they would soon learn that he is a man "with steel in his spine" who won't be defied, fooled or toyed with. Biden warned the world and now the test is here. For after telling the world that Israel's West Bank settlements are illegal and all activity there must stop what is the "spine of steel" going to do about Netanyahu's blatant act of defiance, where settler activity is at fever pitch? What is he going to do about the building of new homes, synagogues and shopping malls? What is he going to do about those pregnant Jewish women who are committing the unpardonable sin of having settlement babies? What is he going to do? The Moslem world awaits with bated breath for steely spine Obama to strike and bring big, bad Netanyahu to heel. They are waiting for proof that he's the most powerful man on earth; for his words to become deeds; waiting for him to show that he's the true friend of Islam.
