Today the democratic people of the Islamic Republic of Iran hold their 10th presidential election in history. Here is my infallible prediction:
OLD IRANIAN PRESIDENT + OLD SUPREME LEADER = SAME OLD EVIL ISLAMONAZI STATE
NEW IRANIAN PRESIDENT + OLD SUPREME LEADER = SAME OLD EVIL ISLAMONAZI STATE
NEW IRANIAN PRESIDENT + NEW SUPREME LEADER* = SAME OLD EVIL ISLAMONAZI STATE
*UNLESS HE'S AN AYATOLLAH GORBACHEV
Postscript
The only thing that differed in today's election were the names and faces of the candidates. Moderate and hardliners differ on means not ends and the end and short term purpose of the regime: A NUCLEAR ARMED IRAN DOMINATING THE OIL RICH PERSIAN GULF AND MIDDLE EAST is non-negotialbe whatever a candidate might promise or say to garner votes.
