Recall the unprecedented collision of US and Russian satellites over Siberia on February 10th three days after Biden's trip to Munich (see and see). Also keep in mind that today's meeting fell on George Bush's 62nd birthday-the devious Russians invaded Georgia under his watch)*. Moreover, today saw the death of Robert McNamara whose advice led LBJ into a debacle in Vietnam which greatly weakened our will and resolve in the struggle with the Soviets and international communism. By the way McNamara succeeded Thomas Gates at Defense the father of Robert Gates. There are no auspicious signs on this day for Obama and his reset (butt kissing) policies ; what transpired in Moscow may very well be his Munich Disaster I.
* It was Bush who looked Putin in the eye and saw in him a kindred spirit.

Obama saying to Putin: "We're not destined to be antagonists," is like saying that Islam is a
religion of tolerance, justice, brotherhood and peace. If you repeat it enough times and wish it hard enough, using all the powers of positive thinking while clicking your heels, maybe the tooth fairy will make it real. Maybe it will magically transform KGB Putin from a strategic adversary into a warmhearted friend.
