It's a deal! Russia wins nuclear bomb contract after
underbidding North Korea.
Let's cut to the chase on Russia's collusion with Iran's nuclear weapons program as there are many who doubt this believeing that it goes against Russia's strategic interests. But this collusion satisfies other Russian interests.
For example if Russian scientists weren't colluding in the project then North Korea would be involved-as it was in the building of the secret Syrian reactor destroyed by Israel two years ago. We know that Russia is selling Iran nuclear technology for its civilian energy program; we also know that Russia is selling it at rock bottom prices. Putting two and two together the Russians simply outbid the North Koreans for the job of building the Iranian bomb. Putin the opportunist reasoned: 'If Iran is going to build the bomb with or without us it's better for our bottom line that we get the deal instead of the Norks or someone else.' In other words, for Putin trashing the Non-Proliferation Treaty and becoming a nuclear proliferator, helping to turn jihadist Iran into a nuclear terror state, was a simple business decision. What is next on Putin's proliferation agenda? THE VENEZUELEAN BOMB?
Postscript: Happy Birthday Vlad, May It Be Your Last
This piece was writen to celebrate the occasion of Vladimir Putin's birthday. Putin turned 57 today on the 8th anniversary of Operation Enduring Freedom who Putin and Iran are trying to turn into a US defeat by aiding al-Qaida and the Taliban. May Putin suffer an agonizing death worse than the brave poisoned Russan spy Alexander Litvinenko who exposed Putin's Bin Ladin ties (
