The man of blood, sweat, toil and tears.
In February when Barack Obama banished Winston Churchill's priceless bronze bust from the White House-a 9/11 gift on loan from Britain-he was telling the world that his model for diplomacy and foreign policy would be Neville Chamberlain, not Winston Churchill.
Eight months later and Obama hasn't disappointed us as he has given new meaning to the word appeasement and the discredited policies that led humanity into the hell of World War II. Indeed, after 267 days of lurching from one foreign policy blunder to another what rational person would doubt that if Obama had been Britain's Prime Minister in 1938 that he would have suffered Neville Chamberlain's fate at Munich with Hitler turning him into history's biggest and most tragic fool?
The Nobel Committee sees in Obama a huge potential for becoming one of history's great peacemakers; but as Britain's PM in 1938 he would have given us the most horrific war in history all the same. What else can be said of the man who wants to abolish nuclear weapons and return the mankind to the great power wars of the past? The pre-nuclear world that turned the 20th century into a graveyard for millions and gave us the Holocaust? There is no peacemaker in Barack Obama; no man of blood, sweat, toil and tears; only a weak appeasing unfortunate fool who dreams of peace and doesn't know the way.
Obama delivering his message to the Moslem world from Cairo University. A man who believes that his words are mighty deeds and all he needs do is speak to move mountains.
The Collapse of Obama's Moslem Outreach Initiative
Obama's biggest foreign policy fiasco to date has been his Moslem Outreach Initiative which he kicked off with his speech in Cairo last June. Obama naively believed that with his Moslem roots, Arabic middle name and (overrated) oratorical gifts-he would mesmerize the Moslem masses into adoring him; and winning over their hearts and minds he'd undo and repair all the damage that was done to US-Moslem relations during the Bush years. For the Islamic world to fall at his feet and sing his praises all that Obama need do was deliver a stirring speech from a Moslem capital flattering Islam and its accomplishments, real or imagined; and show himself an honest broker in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict by condemning Israel's West Bank settlements as illegal and morally wrong.
But that hasn't happened. Predictably Obama's self-serving plan to plant his cult of personality in the Moslem world has miserably backfired and failed. And it's not hard to understand why. Islam is a militant religion based on power and strength, founded by a man of blood and guts who killed and murdered his way to glory and renown; and Moslems see nothing of their founder in Obama-nothing of his forceful, domineering, ruthless personality; nothing worthy of adulation, honor and respect. Unsurprisingly, the Sunni-Arab street is disillusioned with Obama*; disillusioned because he has done nothing to reverse the damage done to Sunniism by Bush's invasion of Iraq** and Israel's humiliating "occupation" of the "Palestinian" West Bank (see).

**The toppling of Saddam ended 1000 years of Sunni control of Iraq.
Until Iraq is restored to Sunni-Arab rule, and Israel is forced to dismantle its settlements, the Sunni street will continue to see Obama as a weak and impotent leader unworthy to be head of the most powerful nation on earth. Surely the Sunnis at this point have more respect for Obama's hated predecessor as he ordered the destruction of the fearsome Saddam and the murdering, terrorist Taliban and proved himself a valiant warrior like their founder.

When Churchill's bust was being removed from the White House it was seen bursting into tears, weeping for the fate of the world during the Obama years.
