Hillary Clinton looking to the not too distant future.
Many of you saw on the internet and TV Obama's presidential seal suddenly falling off his lectern as he was speaking yesterday (
see). Such mishaps are nothing new for our hapless, ill-starred, one term President. Back in April 2009*, during his apology tour in Europe, there was the teleprompter mishap at Stausbourg, France. As Obama was reciting the famous motto of the French Revolution: "Liberty, Equality, Fraternity" the teleprompter froze on the word LIBERTY with a befuddled and embarrassed Obama forgeting the next word EQALITY-the most important word in his political lexicon and philosphy; the principle blindly driving his ill-fated presidency and egalitatarian dreams to makeover America.

Then three months later in July at a merchant's meeting in Washington* came the inauspicious crash of his teleprompter screen shattering at his feet as he spoke the word ECONOMY-one of many terrible signs foreshadowing the destructive impact of Obamanomics on job creation, economic growth and public morale.

Now 14 months later Obama has a mishap with the presidential seal as he uttered the three words "WE CANNOT SUSTAIN." That this should occur during the 12th annual Fortune's Most Powerful Women's Summit could very well be prophetic of Obama's fate in 2012 as the Democrat Party and electorate decides they cannot sustain another four years of his ruinous, reckless, disastrous presidency.
Moreover, this Summit began in 1998, in the 5th year of the Clinton presidency. Amazingly, and perhaps significantly, today's keynote speaker at the Summit will be none other than HILLARY CLINTON (see). Will Hillary challenge a weak and unreelectable Obama for her party's nomination in 2012? Or will Obama dump Biden and replace him with Hillary to excite a despirited Democrat base? Or could Obama suffer a foreign policy catastrophe symbolized by Hillary that could cost him the presidency (or contribute to his downfall)? Or will women who overwhelmingly voted for Obama in 2008 simply abandon him in 2012? Given a weak economy in 2012, continued opposition to Obamacare and unforeseen foreign policy woes all these things are real possibilities.
Postscript:
You will notice we are in the 20th month of the Obama presidency and that the crash of the presidential seal happened at the 12th annual Most Powerful Women's Summit. Oddly this gives us the numbers 20 & 12 the year of the next presidential election-possibly indicating a challenge to Obama in 2012 from a POWERFUL WOMAN of either party; or, more likely, Obama turning to Hillary to rescue his presidency. Moreover, and amazingly, 2012 is a multiple of the number 1006 (2x). This gives us today's date 10-06 when Hillary Clinton will be keynote speaker at the Most Powerful Woman's Summit.
And lastly, 2012 is exactly 44 years (Obama's presidency number) from 1968, the year Lyndon Johnson called it quits and decided against running for reelection; and Republican Richard Nixon defeated Hubert Humphrey for the presidency-just as George Romney ran for the GOP nomination in 1968 so will his son Mitt in 2012.
