Is Obama in the third year of the Hoover Administration heading toward a landslide defeat in 2012 because of his failed Hoover-like stimulus policies? Or is he in the third year of the Clinton Administration headed toward a glorious reelection and second term? As you know on February 2, 2009 Obama predicted to Matt Lauer that he wouldn't be reelected if the economy hadn't recovered by the third year of his presidency. But on Thursday, with the economy in stagnation and unemployment above 9% (more truly 12% +) an optimistic Obama contradicting himself said at a campaign rally (
see) that he expected to be reelected and had "5 1/2 years more to go." However, I have bad news for the Great Depressor. When we multiply the number of days separating his first prediction from Thursday's by half his presidency number 44 (symbolizing only half the years he hopes to be in office) we get the following result:
February 2, 2009 to June 30, 2011=878 days. 878 x 22=19316. Lo and behold look at what we get: the number 1931 signifying the third year of Hoover's destructive leftist soak-the-rich, business bashing presidency.
