THE INCREDIBLE SHRINKING GROUND ZERO MEGA MOSQUE

Muslim supremacist imam Abdul Rauf's evil dream of a towering infernal mega mosque at Ground Zero has fallen on hard times, and may be headed for the crapper where he and it belong.

It was to be the biggest, grandest mosque in America, one of the wonders of the Islamic world, towering 15 stories above Ground Zero where Islam struck a mighty blow against the most powerful infidel nation on earth. But now after vigorous opposition to the infamous project, headed by anti-Jihadists like Pam Geller, the mega mosque remains unfunded with its construction plans scaled down to a mere five floors, the height of the present structure. Indeed, after the project dropped two controversial imams from its board, Abdul Rauf and Abdallah Adhami, and was rejected by the Feds for a $5 million loan, the mosque's developer, Sharif El-Gamal, voiced regret that he failed to consult with the 9/11 families when he went public with his plans.

“It was the biggest mistake we made,” El-Gamal said. “We didn’t understand that we had a responsibility to discuss our private project with family members that lost loved ones.”

Awwwwwwww. Too late Gamal, the damage is done. Puffed up with supremacist pride you thankfully outraged the American people and jeopardized your evil project. What was yesterday a fifteen story mosque has shrunk to five floors. Tomorrow, hopefully, it will be underground dead and buried for good.

Postscript I: Rauf's Wall Street Journal Article

Failed and fallen Ground Zero mosque imam Abdul Rauf bitterly said in a Wall Street Journal piece on September 10th:

"I launched my effort last year to build an Islamic Community Center in Lower Manhattan [which he couldn't raise the funds for] as part of reconciliation after the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the vitriol hurled against me and Islam was overwhelming. Islam is evil, our critics said. The only good Muslim is a dead Muslim (see)."

Actually, we anti-mosque critics believe that the only "good Moslem" is a reformed Moslem; i.e., a Moslem who separating Islam from politics and imperialism privatizes his faith. But for all phony progressive, deceptive reformers like Rauf such Moslems are DEAD MOSLEMS-no real Moslems at all. They are the "hypocrites" the Koran rages against and condemns to hell.
 
Postscript II: The Only Good Moslem Is A Dead Moslem, Or "Metastasized Antisemitism."
 
The success of anti-mega mosque forces has obviously turned imam Rauf into a bitterly defeated man whose faith in Allah and Islam has been somewhat shaken.  Why else would he defame us as worse than genocidal Nazis wanting the mass extermination of all Moslems? What's been killed, or is slowly dying, is his wicked dream (inspired by Allah so he believed) of Islamic triumphalism at Ground Zero-which he sees as murderous rage aimed at all Moslems. Didn't this line of delusional thinking begin with Daisy Khan accusing the anti-mosque movement of metastasized antisemitism? It is clear that these people are losing their minds.

Postscript III: Michael Moore To The Rescue?
 
Why couldn't fellow traveling, useful doofus, pro-Islamist/Leftist Michael Moore (he wanted the GZ mosque built where the Twin Towers once stood) come to the rescue of the failing mosque project by filming a documentary about the "Islamophobes" who roused the indignation of the nation against it-and did so much damage? Think about it. Moore could name the film "Bowling For Mohammad." The film proceeds could go to building the mosque, or at least be used to fix its leaky roof.
 
Now if Moore's film is a box office flop the Park 51 group can always apply to billionaires Bloomberg and Soros for funding. Both are huge fans of the mega mosque project; both believe that its building is a national necessity and vitally important for healing American Moslem/infidel relations. Each chipping in $50 mill to finance the thing would be a spit in the pale for them.
 
Postscript IV: Why No Replacement For Rauf And Adhami? Or, A Supremacist Mosque Needs A Supremacist Imam
 
Supremacist imam Abdul Rauf proved too hotly controversial for the deceptive mega mosque project and was dropped from its board of directors.
 
Replacing Rauf on the board was supremacist imam Abdullah Adhami who like his predecessor proved too controversial and was dropped as well.

Why then hasn't a third imam replaced Adhami? Because the board couldn't find a supremacist imam (they can't have any other) who wouldn't be a liability. Because you can't be a supremacist imam and avoid damaging controversy.
