According to Larry O'Donnell presidential candidate Herman Cain is unqualified to be Commander in Chief because he didn't enlist to fight in Vietnam War; while in 2008 he thought candidate Obama was superbly qualified because he opposed the Iraq War.Thursday night on MSNBC's Last Word I had a good laugh watching ultra leftist hypocrite Larry O'Donnell make a jacka$$ of himself trying to shame fearful black Conservative Herman Cain (feared by the race baiting Left) in his deplorable, racially charged gotcha interview. Especially hilarious was the segment on the Vietnam War where O'Donnell maliciously and wrongfully accuses Cain of unpatriotic draft dodging (he was at all times available for the draft but was never called) and questioned Cain's qualifications for the job of Commander in Chief because he didn't enlist and fight in the war-Cain at the time was working for the Navy Department as a balistics analyst (rocket scientist). This was hilarious coming from the 60 year old O'Donnell who opposed the war in his youth and dodged the draft with a college deferment; and who backed Obama (who lacked military experience) over Vietnam vet and war hero John McCain.
Even more hilarious and mindblowing was anti-war O'Donnell pretending to be "offended" on behalf of the veterans who served in Vietnam (all baby killers from his radical viewpoint), one of which was John Kerry whom O'Donnell mentioned by name. This poor stupid man plum forgot that Kerry as a university student opposed Vietnam on moral grounds, and joined the Navy upon graduation to avoid fighting in the war. That Kerry ended up in a combat role was due to an unforeseen change of policy which the anti-war-radical-to-be utterly resented. When in Vietnam Kerry succeeded in shortening his tour duty to less than a year for suffering flesh wounds that didn't require hospitalization. Among veterans who served in Vietnam Kerry was one of the most disgraceful. O'Donnell owes Cain an apology.

Postscript I: Obama vs. Cain
Those on the Left cheering for Cain to win the GOP nomination thinking Obama would trounce him are completely mistaken. As I wrote elsewhere (see below) Obama has permanently and forever alienated the independent vote, crucial to his reelection-the aftermath of the 2010 election proved as much when independents weren't deceived by Obama's phony pivot to the right. Politically Obama is a dead man walking.
Moreover, Obama was elected president based on race, image, charisma, hope and change rhetoric, etc. Voters have learned from the Obama disaster to distrust charisma and million dollar smiles as deceptive. They want a president with a solid record of accomplishments and the common sense to fix the economy. In short, the less charismatic, down to earth, super-successful Herman Cain (a better role model for black kids than Obama) would beat the incompotent, disembling, extraterrestrial bumbler in a two man race.
