If the poet Dante were alive today and writing his Inferno he'd reserve a place in hell for all jihadi terrorists (and fellow traveling leftists) suffering the above punishment repeatedly forever.

The raging little monster in the video, who calls himself Ralph, may or may not be a bearded Moslem man (or Black Muslim); and if not he is certainly a fellow traveling al-Qaida leftist who reveres Bin Laden for the 9/11 attack, and hates America absolutely with the same kind of ferocious, jihadi, mass murder Americans passion.
