In an interview with NBC that aired this morning, Obama says he is getting better at his job over time (
see). And indeed he is. The 4th greatest president ever is closing in on 3rd place about to overtake FDR. Kidding aside, there has been a noticeable improvement in Obama's golf. But his bowling still sucks.
Postscript: On A More Serious Note
If Obama is getting better at being president then why is he constantly complaining that the Republicans are preventing him from doing his job? If he were getting better then he'd show the maturity and leadership skills of a Ronald Reagan or a Bill Clinton in working with the opposition.
