After weeks of attacking Romney and $50 million spent Obama is still DEAD EVEN with him running neck and neck, his slash and burn campaign a failure ignored by most of America. Why? Obama has no credibility, and he's destroying his false image as a good guy saint. Go ahead, Obama. Go ahead. Double down on killing Mitt and perish in November. (thanks John Sununu)
Don't be deceived. This president is worse off and weaker than he seems. His bold attacks on Romney and Bain is the last hurrah for his losing campaign which began on the ominous date April 4, 2011 the 43rd anniversary of Martin Luther King's assassination. Obama's on his way to defeat and the ineffectiveness of his vicious anti-Romney campaign proves it.
Indeed, between Obama's epic promise breaking about the high and lofty president he'd be: a post-partisan, Hope n Change, Lincoln-like Uniter (he's a divisive, great depressor, class warfare demonizer); his serial lying about Obamacare (it would drive down costs, cut the deficit and debt, improve quality and access, etc.); his defense of the Middle Class (working Americans are worse off today); his jobs and energy agenda (he killed Keystone and funded bankrupt Solyndra); his opposition to outsourcing jobs abroad (he embraces big outsourcers like GE and GM); his pledge to end the recession (the economy is backsliding); his border security policies (he lyingly claimed to have finished the fence); and his backing of Occupy Wall Street after alluding he'd be the "civility president." Given his catalogue of failures, broken promises, contradictions and lies Obama has no credibility in his desperate battle for political survival with Romney and Bain Capital. After several weeks of brutal attacks and $50 million spent Obama, as he demeans himself, is vitually dead even in his race with Mitt-with his approval still under 50%. In short, he has gone nowhere fast. Now as he's come under constant fire for his tax returns and Bain Romney remains unshaken and unscathed sure of his cause preparing to launch a counter-attack in the weeks ahead-most likely just before the convention.

Obama: Mitt Romney is a liar, felon, tax cheat.
ROMNEY'S BIG SURPRISE
20 years of Romney's tax returns were vetted by the McCain campaign in 2008 as the governor was on the short list for McCain's running mate. Steve Schmidt, McCain's former campaign manager, says that absolutely nothing amiss was found in Romney's returns; and that though Romney was squeaky clean he'd have been McCain's choice for VP if it weren't for his great wealth. Indeed, if this weren't true, and there was something compromising in Romney's returns that could jeaprodize his candidacy, McCain would not have endorsed him last winter for President.
Why then is Romney refusing to release at least ten years of his returns when twice that was given to McCain? My theory is this: It's a rope-a-dope strategy designed to knock out the Obama campaign with a big walloping surprise just when it looks like Romney's done. Romney will release them at precisely the point that Team Obama is at its most vicious, demeaning and ugliest-when Obama's completely smeared with blood and mud losing his image as a good guy saint. Romney has everything to gain from Obama redefining and befouling himself as a lying, sleazy, d*rtbag Chicago pol killing his likability numbers with the folks. And that's in progress now.
