BARACK OBAMA'S 51ST BIRTHDAY AND GEORGE H. W. BUSH THE LAST ONE TERM PRESIDENT

Previously I pointed out certain peculiar parallels between Barack Obama and one term President George H. W. Bush: Both men have the distinction of having run against candidates born during the Great Depression: Bush's opponent Michael Dukakis was born in 1931; and Obama's opponent John McCain was born five years later in 1936. Moreover, Dukakis's running mate Lloyd Bentson, and McCain's running mate Sarah Palin, share the same birthday of February 11th and came from the two largest oil producing states in the country: Texas and Alaska. But there's more to be said about Bush and Obama.

GEORGE H. W. BUSH AND JOHN ADAMS

Our second President John Adam's was the first one term President in US history. Like George H. W. Bush Adams was born in Massachusetts. Like Bush Adams was a two term Vice President prior to becoming President. And like Bush Adams had a son (with the same first name) that became President. Moreover, as Bush and Adams were a one term Presidents, the latter was defeated by Thomas Jefferson* and the former by William Jefferson Clinton.

*Oddly Jefferson's VP was named George Clinton.

GEORGE H. W. BUSH'S 68TH BIRTHDAY

June 12, 1992 was George H. W. Bush's 68th and final birthday as President. It was also his 1239th day in office with 144 days remaining to Election Day, which fell on November 3rd. As you will see in what follows the signs that day did not auger well for Bush's reelection:

The number 1239 is a factor of the number 179655 145x. 1796 was the year John Adams was elected President. Moreover, 144 (the number of days separating Bush's last birthday as President from Election Day 1992) is a factor of the number 18000 (125x). 1800 is the year Thomas Jefferson defeated John Adams thus making him a one term President.

Moreover, George H. W. Bush was the first elected Republican President since Herbert Hoover to serve one full term* and be defeated. As FDR defeated Hoover in 1932 amazingly 1239x156 = 193284 giving us the year 1932. It is interesting to note that like FDR Bill Clinton who defeated Bush was a sitting governor when he ran for President; and Clinton was the first Democrat President since FDR to serve at least two full terms.

*Jerry Ford served out the remainder of Nixon's second term.

BARACK OBAMA'S 51ST BIRTHDAY

Will Barack Obama's 51st birthday, like George H. W. Bush's 68th birthday, be his last as President? Tomorrow August 4th is Obama's 1292nd day in office with 94 days (13 weeks) remaining to Election Day. Clinton defeated Bush in 1992 a number that is generated from 1292, hence: 1292x226 = 291992. Also 94, the number of days to Election Day generates a five digit number encoded with the year 1992, hence: 94x212 = 19928

The above suggests that Barack Hussein Obama will not only be the next one term President but the first unprimaried Democrat President to suffer defeat since Grover Cleveland in 1888. Amazingly, 1292 is a factor of a six digit number encoded with that year, hence: 1292x164 = 211888. It is interesting to note that Cleveland was defeated on November 6th this year's election date; and that his presidency number, the doublet 22 is half 44. Moreover, the 11th President, James Polk a Democrat, was also a one term President having retired from office due to ill health.

ODDS AND ENDS

In 1992 third party candidate Ross Perot ruined George Bush's chances of  being reelected just as 80 years earlier in 1912 third party candidate Teddy Roosevelt ruined Taft's chances of being reelected. 1992x11 = 21912 giving us the year 1912. As in 1992 so in 1912 a sitting Democrat governor won the presidency and went on to win a second term.
