Israeli settlement on West Bank.
According to Islamic law as stated in the Koran all of Jewish Israel is illegal and its existence a crime against Allah because the land was once possessed by Moslems who conquered it in the 7th century in a war of aggression against the Byzantine Empire. Moslems went to war against the Byzantines not because they were a military threat (which they were not), but because they were Christians-non-Moslem enemies of Allah who wills that the earth submit to him and be conquered by believers and Islamized in a one world Moslem state where unbelievers are oppressed and tyrannized. In other words, the Jewish State of Israel is the property of Islam belonging to Moslems by divine right; and Moslems will be at war with Israel until it either submits to Islamic rule or it converts to Islam.
On the basis of their ancient, imperialistic, predatory faith Moslems have been at war with Israel since its founding and sort to annihilate it in several massive multi-state wars of aggression, which Israel fortunately won. In 1967 after the third of these wars Israel seized control of the Sinai Peninsula and Gaza Strip from Egypt, East Jerusalem and the West Bank from Jordan and the Golan Heights from Syria. The Israeli army lawfully moved into these areas in self-defense against aggression and stayed there for its security which was Israel's right. Since then Israel returned the Sinai to Egypt in a land for peace deal, granted autonomy to the Arabs (called Palestinians) of Gaza and most of the West Bank, and annexed the Golan Heights while establishing Jewish settlements in East Jerusalem and on the West Bank-which also is Israel's right.
But Israel's right to these settlements has been viciously denied and lied about by Palestinian Arabs who on the basis of Islam's law of war and imperialism reject Israel's right to exist as a Jewish State and demand possession of the West Bank settlements and East Jerusalem as prelude to the complete reconquest of Israel and destruction or oppression of its Jewish population. The West Bank and East Jerusalem today, all of Jerusalem and Israel tomorrow! That is the reality. That is what the vast majority of Palestinians and Arabs work, pray and fight for.
But against all rhyme and reason (and agreeing with Islamic law) the legality of these settlements has been rejected by the UN ruling that they belong to Palestinians who were never a sovereign people and had no political control over them when seized by Israel. For these lands formerly belonged to Jordan who relinquished its control practically ceding them to Israel by creating a "sovereignty vacuum" which Israel filled. But the UN citing the Forth Geneva Convention, to which Israel is signatory, had ruled the settlements illegal and an act of aggression against Palestinians. In other words, without killing Palestinians or a program of genocide Israel's settlement activities, according to the UN, are deemed morally equal to massive, murderous war crimes.
And now for the umpteenth time the UN has ruled that Israel is the villain in the conflict. For on Wednesday the UN Human Rights Commission (whose members include totalitarian Cuba and repressive Saudi Arabia) ruled the settlements in violation of international law and Palestinian human rights and demanded that they be dismantled and its 500,000 Jewish settlers withdraw (see).
But something new and unprecedented may come from this misruling. Because Palestine has been accepted to the UN as an official observer nation it can now pursue its claims against Israel of egregious human rights violations at the International Criminal Court. Ain't that a kick in the head? A sick, disgusting, bloodthirsty, evil, Jew hating people driven by racism, cultural imperialism and religious intolerance in a savage war of extermination against Israel (who support terrorism against innocent civilians and bombs them with rockets) might bring Israel to court for human rights violations? What a disgraceful and idiotic spectacle that would be.
After delegimatizing the settlements multiple times all that is left for the Israel hating UN to do is to completely abase itself to Islamic law and delegitimize the entire Jewish State.
