WHAT I HEARD IN OBAMA'S RAMADAN SPEECH

'As-Salamu Alaykum. On this holiest of holy Moslem days when God began the giving of the Koran to his prophet Mohammed we need to urgently understand one important thing: that more important than the feelings of the 9/11 families and the memory of the murdered victims by al Qaida is the reconciliation of America and Islam; and that is what's at stake in the building of the Cordoba Mosque at Ground Zero.

There are one billion Moslems in the world divided mostly into 57 nations with rapidly growing populations; and if peace and harmony is to reign between America and Islam America must become a more Islamic state. This is inescapable and needs to be our destiny. Indeed, in the long run of history the success of my Moslem Outreach Program requires growing the Moslem population of this country into a significant political and cultural force through immigration and conversion. And achieving this means increasing the number of Moslem mosques, schools and cultural centers. Hence, the Ground Zero Mosque, and the building of similar facilities in Tennessee, California and elsewhere across the land.

Islam is a religion of justice, compassion and peace that shares many values and principles in common with American civilization; and Moslem cultural centers are needed around the country to dispel the many falsehoods and myths about this great faith; they are needed to teach the great reconciling truth that "Islam," as President Clinton once said "is as American as apple pie." This is what Imam Rauf believes, and so do I. This is the true Islam of history and not its twisted and distorted version of violence and hate propagated by Al Qaida and other extremist groups.  Once you learn the unvarnished truth about Islam you will see that it differs little from Americanism; and that the founder of Islam, the warrior prophet Mohammed, was in reality the George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison of his faith. To this great end of defending Islam from prejudice, bigotry and lies I have pledged my presidency, sacred honor and the financial and legal resources of my administration. This is the vow that I made in Cairo last year and I intend to keep every word of it.

Whether they know it or not opponents of the Ground Zero Mosque are assaulting the US Constitution; whether they know it or not they are the enemies of tolerance, justice, religious freedom and peace. They are the foes of the rights, principles and values that underlie this country and made it great. Religious freedom is one and indivisible. The whole of liberty is always smaller than its parts. If they succeed in stopping the building of this mosque today they can succeed in stopping the building of a church, synagogue, Hindu or Buddhist temple tomorrow. And that would be intolerable and destructive of freedom. I urge opponents of the 9/11 Mosque to come to their senses, cease their opposition and see the dangerous course that they are on-to see the damage that they're doing to this country in its need for achieving peace with Islam and in defeating violent extremism.

The building of this mosque is a national and world necessity. Let the Ground Zero Mosque be built. Let it rise from the ashes of the 9/11 tragedy a bulwark of moderation against the forces of extremism, intolerance and bigotry. Let a new and more inclusive America begin. May God's peace be upon you. And may he save my presidency from the forces of regression and the resurgent Republican Right.'

These, I believe, are the true thoughts and sentiments of our lost soul-in-chief defying the common moral sense and decency of the American people in backing the building of the radical 9/11 mosque.

Governor David Paterson is deserving of praise for his generous offer to Feisal Rauf to find him New York State property to build his controversial mosque if he agrees to change its provocative location.."I am very sensitive to the desire of those who are adamant against it to see something else worked out," said the Governor. Unlike New York City's cowardly butt-kissing mayor who fell short of scorning opponents of the mosque as anti-Moslem bigots Paterson said that he "understands the anger and frustration ignited by the controversy" especially to 9/11 familles and friends who have been anguishing for years.
In contrast to the blooming idiot downstate Paterson has become the voice of reason and moderation trying to diffuse the explosive situation caused by Rauf's monomaniacal pursuit of his project regardless of the pain that he's causing and the wounds that he's opening nationwide. Will Rauf come to his senses and accept Paterson's sensible offer? Or is it too late? Has our reckless, stupid, divisive president's tacit endorsement of the project stiffened Rauf's intransigence and resolve to build baby build and aggravate the situation?
 
Paterson's offer is the ultimate test of Feisal Rauf's character and religious world view; is he what he claims to be: a pro-American Moslem moderate interested in building bridges of understanding between America and Islam?*  Or is he what critics say: an anti-American Moslem supremacist differing from Bin Ladin only by degrees and means of imperial conquest? I'm not getting up my hopes that Rauf can change and is anything but an inflexible radical crypto Islamist hell bent on doing what he believes is Allah's will for infidel America. The world is full of madmen and fools and it seems like Feisal Abdul Rauf is one of them.

Postscript: Rauf Rejects Paterson's Offer (posted 10:30 AM)

Well Imam Rauf didn't disappoint me. Ideologically obsessed with the Ground Zero site for his culturally insensitive, divisive, unpopular mosque, and caring squat for the feelings of 9/11 widows and children who lost husbands, wives and parents, Rauf rejected Governor Paterson's reasonable offer today.“I think they would like to stay where they are, and I certainly respect that and I certainly respect them,” Paterson said after the group spoke with one of his staff members. Having said that, how much more foresighted would it have been if the Imam who is the developer of the project had been willing to hear what we are actually talking about?”

In other words, Feisal Rauf and his gang wouldn't even listen to the details of Paterson's offer for consideration. Is this not symptomatic of the fanatical supremacism, heartlessness and singleminded intransigence driving the unpopular project? As far as Rauf is concerned Allah, Islam and Sharia law want this victory mosque built at Ground Zero whatever the cost. PRIDE GOETH BEFORE A FALL. This mosque I believe will not be built; and Rauf and company will regret the day they dismissed the good governor's generous offer.

BARACK OBAMA'S GROUND ZERO MOSQUE

Allah be praised! We are happy to announce that Barack Obama true to his word on being Islam's Defender in Chief has given his presidential imprimatur to our Cordoba House project and is now a faith partner in its construction.

Diana posted the following question on the piece I wrote yesterday on Obama's new blow to 9/11 families.

Diana writes:

"Apollo, what are we going to do if Rauf gets the funds to build his abominable mosque from this gold digging state dept. courtesy tour? Obama and his ilk want to help make this a reality. One way or another, they will get the money to build it."

My answer is as follows:

If Feisal Rauf's supremacist mosque is built at Ground Zero as planned it will no longer be known to the growing chorus of anti-mosque foes by the names "Cordoba House" or "Ground Zero Mosque." On the contrary, because Obama is bankrolling Rauf's fund raising tour to the Middle East success in the mosque's construction will have his name written all over it and will be known as: BARACK OBAMA'S GROUND ZERO MOSQUE or the OBAMA-CORDOBA HOUSE. Obama will then own another hugely unpopular issue that rightwingers will pound him with and Republicans will milk for all it's worth. With each passing day Obama is coming to look more and more like the chief suicidal maniac of American leftist politics intent on being a failed one term president filling the quiver of his enemies with more deadly arrows than they can hope to fire.

How much more pain can the family and friends of the 9/11 victims endure? How many more blows must they suffer from the arrogant, callous lunatic in the White House and his insanely insensitive self-destructive policies and judgment calls?

Nine months in office and Obama strikes his first blow with Eric Holder announcing the moving of the Khalid Shiekh Mohammed trial to a criminal court in lower New York not far from Ground Zero. And now nine months later right smack in the midst of a firestorm over the building of a supremicist mosque near Ground Zero, Obama deals another sharp blow to all 9/11 families and anti-mosque foes telling them to eat crow by sending Imam Rauf on a paid good will tour of the Middle East-to raise funds for his mosque of course*. It is simply beyond belief!

But we were warned of these two blows and worse to come as terrorists plot to add more souls to the 9/11 dead. Just 6 days after Obama met with 9/11 widow Beverly Ekert she dies in a plane crash near Buffalo, New York-a terrible sign of tragedy ahead. And just ten weeks latter we had Air Force One buzzing Ground Zero and scaring New Yorkers that they were under attack again, all done for a needless photo op. This bad judgment call by a White House official of Mexican descent was emblematic of a President lacking good sense for keeping us safe from jihadi killers and God knows what scum is coming from Mexico.

It seems like Beverly Eckert's death and the buzzing of Ground Zero prophetically anticipated the KSM trial and Obama's backing of the Ground Zero mosque to the anger and outrage of most New Yorkers* and Americans. What's next?

*As Obama has proved himself to be a petty, little vindictive man lashing out at his right wing foes in symbolic ways: the signing of FinReg at the Reagan Building and now sending Imam Rauf on a paid good will tour, it shouldn't surprise anyone at this point if he stays the course on the KSM trial and plots to have it done in his second term.

Postscript: Obama and Rauf

Obama loves Imam Rauf, he's a man after his own twisted heart. As Obama is intent on persuing his radical agenda and outraging America, and especially the Right, whatever the political cost so is Rauf hellbent on getting his subversive mosque built no matter the anger and opposition he raises against himself and the project. 'The world be damned I will do Allah's will and the teaching of the Koran,' thinks the unbending, intransigent Rauf. Obama and Rauf are two mad* peas in a pod who are going to be crushed by the forces they unleash-Obama on Election Day 2012, and Rauf with the collapse of his anti-American project (it will never be built I believe).

*Both men are madly driven by emotion and ideology: Obama by social justice utopianism and politically correct falsehoods about Islam, and Rauf by Islamic supremacism and a medieval vision for America.

OBAMA'S SECOND APOLOGY FOR THE A-BOMBING OF JAPAN

When on Friday John Roos became the first US Ambassador to Japan to attend the annual Hiroshima Peace Memorial ceremony honoring the victims of the US bombing of Hiroshima this was not the first time that Obama silently, stealthily and symbolically apologized for the justified atomic bombings of that country. The first came on November 14 when Obama shocked the nation and p*ssed on the graves of our World War II dead by bowing to Japan's aging Emperor Akihito. It was Akihito's father Hirohito the Sun God that the "racially superior" Japanese military and civilians were ready to die for in the millions defending their land. And our President bows to his son? IT WAS A COMPLETELY INSANE GESTURE driven by a lunatic revision of history that turned Hiroshima into a criminal atrocity more reprehensible than the attack on Pearl Harbor or the rape of Nanking. As Truman ordered the dropping of two deadly A-bombs we now have symbolic apologies for both. This is not a matter of speculation for me nor should it be for you after reading the following signs:

The exact number of days separating November 14, 2009 from August 6 was 265 or the 65th number of the 200 series. Friday's ceremony fell on the 65th anniversary of the Hiroshima bombing, a telling numeric correlation.

But here is where it gets profound and brings the truth to light: divide 265 days by 7 and it gives us 37 weeks. What is significant about 37 weeks or the number 37? It is the exact numeric value of the word apology:

APOLOGY
1763677=37 (see notes).

Those 265 days or 37 weeks link two Obama acts of stupid, unpresidential symbolic apologizing for Truman shortening the war with Japan and saving up to nine million lives (including Japanese civilians who as I said were ready to commit suicide or die fighting an allied land invasion). The Nuclear Age began by ending the most horrific war in human history with 17 million killed by the savage Japanese supremacists* in Asia alone; then subsequently prevented what would have been a third equally devastating world war with totalitarian Russia. The Nuclear Age which began with Hiroshima ended the long and terrible history of great power wars and made the world a safer and more civilized place with Germany and Japan becoming thriving democracies. And our clueless, dumba$$ menace of a president disgraces his office and turns history on its head by apologizing for it? What a pathetic loser.

*The Japanese believed they were the master race destined by their gods for world rule.

Leftist who are bellyaching that Friday's ceremony was a missed opportunity by Obama to apologize for our "original sin" of A-boming Japan and starting the Nuclear Age have nothing to complain about.

Postscript: Obama Refuses to Defend A-Bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki

Obama's trip to Japan began on November 13, the day that Eric Holder announced the moving of the Kalid Shiekh Mohammed trial to New York to appease and assure the Moslem world that the terrorist would get justice. At a press conference that day with Japan's Prime Minister Obama was asked by a reporter from Fuji TV if in his view the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were the right decision. Our bold, brave, audacious President dodging the question answered:"Japan has a unique perspective on the issue of nuclear weapons as a consequence of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and I'm sure it helps to motivate the Prime Minister's deep interest in this issue."

The reporter tried again: "do you believe the US dropping of nuclear weapons on --" Obama cut him off, choosing to answer an unrelated question on the situation in North Korea. The following day Obama bowed to the Emperor.

Why does our radical leftist progressive President refuse to endorse same sex marriage? Let me answer the question with a question: If Obama caved into the radical gay community and championed their cause for marriage rights what impact would it have on his cherished Moslem outreach initiative-the centerpiece of his foreign policy-his plan for reconciling Islam and America? It would completely collapse as homosexuality in Islam is an atrocious violation of Moslem law and morality punishable by death. However, if Obama is, as some suspect, a crypto Moslem then his opposition to gay marriage is more than just political. It means that Obama believes in his heart as a religious conviction that homosexuality is a wicked, ungodly perversion and vice.

OBAMACARE: THE BEGINNING OF THE END

Virgina's Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli scores legal victory over ObamaCare prefiguring its defeat.

Yesterday was a highly auspicious and hopeful day for the forces of freedom opposing Obama's healthcare tyranny and the destruction of the market based US medical system. Denying the Justice Department's attempt to dismiss a lawsuit filed by Virginia's Attorney General challenging the constitutionality of ObamaCare US District Judge Henry Hudson (named after the great English explorer who discovered New York) said that further hearings were needed to weigh the merits of the case. This was a legal victory for Freedom as Judge Hudson said in his brief that Virginia had standing to challenge the new law and that ObamaCare takes the commerce clause of the Constitution into uncharted waters.

Indeed it does as the Federal government mandating that citizens purchase health insurance or suffer fines or imprisonment is reminiscent and is as tyrannical as the pre-revolutionary Stamp Act when Americans revolted against the British Crown's mandate that all citizens of the Thirteen Colonies purchase specially stamped British paper as a tax to pay for the costs of the Seven Years War. This revolt began in the state of Virginia and was victorious as the Stamp Act was eventually repealed.

As I pointed out here March 22nd, the day separating the passage of ObamaCare by the Democrat Socialist Congress from Obama making it law was the 245th anniversary of the Stamp Act-an auspicious sign that this unconstitutional law will most likely be crushed in the courts as a start was made yesterday.

Other signs indicating the coming death of ObamaCare are as follows:

1. Judge Hudson is a Conservative, a George Bush nominee, and yesterday he celebrated his eighth anniversary of starting his commission as a Federal judge (see).

2. The 13 American Colonies revolt against the Stamp Act was the prequel to the American Revolution against Britain when they became 13 free states in an independent United States. This makes 13 a meaningful number in American history, a numeric sign of freedom defeating tyranny.

The number 13 is concealed in yesterday's date when Judge Hudson quashed Obama's attempt to dismiss Virginia's suit. And it's hidden in the date when the legal arguments of the case will be heard in Hudson's court on October 18, hence

8-02-2010 or 8+2+2+1=13

10-18-2010 or 1+1+8+2+1=13

3. That tyrannical, oppressive Obamacare, which is designed to destroy the private health insurance industry and replace it with a single payer, one size fits all Soviet-like system, will most likely suffer another legal defeat in October is indicated by the following:

The number of days separating August 2nd from October 18th is 77.  When multiplied by 249 the number 77 generates the five digit number 19173 which gives us the year 1917. 1917 was the year of the Soviet Socialist Revolution in Russia when Lenin and his Bolsheviks seized control of the Kremlin and set up the deadliest and most terrifying tyranny in human history.

As this horrific revolution began on November 7, 1917 it is no mere coincidence or accident of history that the most radically left Congress in US history, and now the most unpopular, began on November 7, 2006* with the Democrats taking back the House and Senate from Republicans.

*The 89th anniversary of the Russian Revolution.

This should dispel any doubts just who Obama and today's Democrats are and that we need to make sure that their un-American, freedom killing ideology and healthcare monstrosity shares the fate of Soviet Communism.

As 77 days separate yesterday's decision by Judge Hudson from the next court date set for October it is interesting to note that it was at age 77 that Obama's mentor and king maker Ted Kennedy died from a left-sided brain tumor in the midst of the healthcare debate*. Kennedy's ominous collapse from his tumor at Obama's inaugural, 77 days after Election Day **, foreshadowed the collapse of Obama's leftist agenda-which is now vastly unpopular with the American people (see).

THE BUSH DERANGEMENT PRESIDENT

Don't blame me for not fixing the economy. I've spent over $800 billion and quadrupled the federal deficit trying to jump start a robust, job creating recovery. No President in US history has gone to greater lengths in trying to restore growth and prosperity. If it's not working and seems that I'm failing it's because Bush and the Republicans have made things so bad that I can't fix it.

In early February of last year I warned the nation that this was not a run of the mill recession; and that if action wasn't taken and the stimulus bill wasn't passed that the recession would be permanent and everlasting. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The recession is permanent and unemployment will stay fixed at 10% for all time to come. Sorry to disappoint you but it's not my fault. It's George Bush's recession, not mine. I completely disown it.

In other words, Barack Hussein Obama will go to his political grave cursing George Bush for all his failures and catastrophes, remembered by history as the Bush Derangement President.

THE 8TH MOST INTELLIGENT PRESIDENT

A president with intelligence so great that its power bursts through his brain creating a halo of blinding light.

Recently 238 presidential scholars, lefties of course, ranked Barack Obama the 8th most intelligent president of all time behind John Adams (one of the four greatest founding fathers) and three ahead of JFK. If this be true, if Obama is really that smart as these scholars claim then what does that say about intelligence? Henry Kissinger said it best: "Intelligent people are a dime a dozen." In other words, intelligence is a quality that is vastly overrated in our society. After his four disastrous years as President-he will only be a one termer-where do you think Obama will rank in the category of wisdom? Of politically wise, prudent, adept, sagacious, enlightened American Presidents? Would anyone with real intelligence put him behind Adams? Philosophers define Wisdom as the knowledge of Truth. And Truth is the agreement of the mind with Reality. No one with a chronic Truth and Reality problem, such as Obama has, can be wise. And without wisdom much power is doomed to fail.

Obama's intelligence, informed and guided by the delusions of Socialism, is summed up in the words of the American philosopher Alfred North Whitehead: "The folly of intelligent people, clear-headed and narrow visioned, has percipitated many catastrophes." The French Revolution, the Russian Revolution, the Castro, Pol Pot and Saddam* revolutions, all were led by intelligent men. All were catastrophes like the revolution at hand.

*Saddam was a Stalinist Socialist.

Where then should we rank Obama in terms of wise, effective, enlightened leadership? I'll let the reader decide.

How do I rate Barack Obama? He's the Great Four D President:

He's the Great Depressor of the economy; the Great Demoralizer of the military and civil society; the Great Divider turning races, ethnic groups and classes against each other; the Great Demonizer vilifying his political opponents and enemies; and lastly he's the Great Disembler compulsively lying to everyone about almost everything.

Long on brains short on sense spells disaster for a President.

CHANGE ISN'T FAST ENOUGH: OBAMA AND THE DISCONTENTED LEFT

Obama will keep going, going and going down the path of radical change until he goes completely under and takes the radical left with him.

Tuesday night on Fox Charles Krauthammer said of President Obama's first 18 months that "it has produced more social change in this country than we have seen since Lyndon Johnson and FDR..... and that the Left should be happy with this-but they're not as nothing can make them happy."

True enough. Nothing can make these wretched creatures happy short of the abolition of private property and free enterprise in a totalitarian society of shared misery. And as Obamacare, FinReg and the Stimulus are but timid steps and piecemeal measures toward that terrible end it is impossible for the left to rejoice in the "progress" Obama has made; instead gloom and despair are engulfing them as they turn on Obama with accusations of betrayal and treason; of compromising his ideology and ideals; of selling out and moving off the reservation to the right. Leading the wailing chorus of angry hurt leftist pundits is New York Times columnist Frank Rich who said incredibly that Obama has lost the way and is governing to the right of his 08 candidacy (see). You can't get any crazier than this as candidate Obama hid his radicalism and ran as a centrist.

If Obama were a dictator with absolute power-which he'd give his arm for given his arrogant belief that he has the absolute answer for all societal ills-I could understand the left's discontent and disillusionment with him. But Obama, who has solid radical credentials and has taken the country farther to the left than any President in US history-is governing within a constitutional system of checks and balances and is constrained and limited in what he can do in implementing his agenda and bringing change. Those psychos on the radical fringe, the anti-Alinsky Leninists*, who are urging Obama to use military force, abolish freedom and seize control are the leftists who should really be despairing of his presidency.

*Alinsky believed in a non-violent socialist revolution working peacefully within the system. Lenin believed that seizing the levers of power by violent revolution was the only practical and effective way to the socialist future.

But that would be expecting too much as utopians of every stripe, whether secular leftists or Moslem supremacists, who believe they have the answer to perfecting humanity are doomed to unhappiness and misery in this world. For as Frederick Schiller said, "The Ideal never touches the Real." No matter how much power leftists seize it can never be enough to perfect human society. Leftists will have to wait till they pass from this world to see such a place.

Unsurprisingly among discontented leftists with Obama's "meager" achievements is the President himself. "Obama should be very proud of what he's accomplished," says Krauthammer. And he should be. If Obama were a rational, sensible human being with the mind of a practical statesman he would be happily proud of his great success in so short a time. But that's not the case.

As I pointed out early last year, and from numerous other signs before and since, Obama's middle name "Hussein" is a key to understanding his character and destiny (see). Like the mad Iraqi socialist dictator*, whose recklessness and brinkmanship caused us to invade Iraq and was crucial in electing Obama President, Obama, like Saddam, is a rigid, intransigent, dissembling socialist (without the violence) on a rendezvous with tragedy and destruction. Like Saddam or Rev. Wright and friend Bill Ayers Obama's life has little meaning outside the socialist ideal. Within that ideal Obama lives and moves and has his being; and measured against so far flung an aim Obama can't be happy with his gains.

*Saddam was a Stalinist.

Indeed, that Obama also shares the frustration and discontent of Frank Rich and his leftist critics was appearent when he recently said: "Change, I know, has not come fast enough." This wasn't mere rhetoric thrown out to the left. What Obama has achieved is not good enough even for him as his goals are in the stratosphere. Even if Obama's accomplishments were thrice what they are it would fall infinitely short of the radical dream of egalitarian heaven: the impossible dream that Lenin, Stalin, Pol Pot and Mao killed millions for; the ultimate political fantasy that Obama and the Dems are bankrupting and wrecking America for-as they fear this rare historic moment is their last and only chance at social transformation and world peace.

As the above mass murdering socialist thugs spared no lives in their quest for social justice paradise so Obama and the Dems will spare no bucks to get there, even at the risk of national bankruptcy. Don't believe Obama's lies on deficit and debt reduction. It's a sham like much of his presidency. When Joe Biden recently said: "The stimulus was undersized" he was signaling that unless we're willing to double down on spending and go deeper into debt there will be no recovery or perfect society. Hell bent on overreaching themselves it's socialism or bust for Obama, Biden and the Dems.

"Patriotism means never being satisfied with one's country," said Black American socialist and singing legend Paul Robeson. And that's the reality of Obama's patriotism and that of the left. They do not love America as it is with all its flaws, sins and suffering. What they love is a perfect America of their dreams, idealized beyond reality transcending time and space-an America in their minds that can never be because of human frailty. "The world," said Plato "is a passing image of eternity." A fallen world of imperfect human beings lower than the angels, and this is how it will always be. Socialism means eternal discontent-never being satisfied with anything. Until man and society become perfect like God the leftist lives in misery.

Krauthammer rightly said that "the Obama agenda is over, that it has reached its limit, that Obama has spent all his political capital and should be satisfied with his success and glory in it." Good advice from a wise man but wasted on Obama because America is nowhere near the promised land of social redemption. We're still too imperfect, too flawed, too capitalist, too Christian, too racially unjust, unequal and free. "Patriotism is never being satisfied." And that's Obama's mindless creed.

Laura Ingram got it right when she said: "Obama is like the energizer bunny he keeps on going and going and going." He's all sail no anchor and cannot stop himself. Guided by a fatal star light years from earth Obama is steering the ship of state into an iceberg. Struck deaf, dumb and blind by the egalitarian ideal Obama will push harder and harder for radical change until completely undoing his presidency his achievements turn to dust. Obamunism is a shipwreck in the making and the drunken captain at the helm is his own worst enemy.

Come on Conservatives cut the guy some slack. With 30% of America unable to relate to him and 55% believing he's a Socialist our Space Alien in Chief needs to mainstream himself all over again. What better way to do this than to appear on The View. Smart move Mr. President after ditching the space program didn't do the trick.

FINREG: ANOTHER PYRRHIC VICTORY OF SHORT DURATION.

Rogues gallery of Democrat politicans-those complicit in the great housing and financial crash-look on as anti-Reagan Obama signs phony financial reform bill in the Reagan Building signaling the hoped for end of the Reagan Revolution.

What I said last spring about Obama's signing of the Healthcare Bill goes double for his signing of the Financial Regulation Reform Act: IT IS A PYRRHIC VICTORY OF SHORT DURATION. Short will be its life as public opposition to it grows along with Obama's federal power grabs; for in the end the people's will cannot be thwarted.

On March 23rd, following Stamp Act Day (see below), when Obama signed Obamacare into law, Alice in Wonderland was Hollywood's highest grossing film. And last week when he signed FinReg into law, surrounded by the culprits who gave us this recession, Inception was the big box office hit.

Alice in Wonderland is emblematic of Obama's make believe world of healthcare heaven which he falsely promised every American with his bill. A heaven of affordable medical coverage and quality service and care for all-which most Americans rightly see as a coming nightmare of government control and regulation tyranny such as Canada and Britain have with their imploding inefficient systems of scarcity, rationed care, bankrupting costs and lengthy queuing lines.

Inception, a science fiction thriller staring Leonardo DiCaprio, is a film about the dream state and stealing people's dreams. The dream state is an alternate reality that we enter into every night when we fall asleep. Mentally our extraterrestial president lives in an alternate reality remote from our own; an un-American dream world of social justice utopianism and fairy tale ideals of classless equality and shared wealth. This is the disease and infantile mental disorder of the Left that-like the frightful scenes of crashing dreams in Inception, is collapsing from Obama's blundering leadership and failing statist policies.

The 2300 page FinReg leaves in place the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) which Clinton expanded with his National Homeownership Strategy, the root cause of the housing crash. Obama and the Dems believe in the inalienable right to homeownership for all Americans. The poor have the same right as the affluent to own homes even if they can't afford them; and FinReg, following the CRA, insanely imposes minority quotas on community banks for mortgages. Never mind the government caused housing and financial crash of 2008. Never mind Bill Clinton's collusion with Greenspan's Fed and Fanny and Freddie in unleashing this disaster. Never mind the monster Frank n Dodd, the unrepentant architects of the crash, having crafted much of this oppressive bill. Let's give insanity another chance hoping for a different outcome-especially in time of economic crisis when the poor are poorer and defaulting will be greater. The alternate dream world of leftist illusions must prevail at all costs even if it means risking another financial, housing and stock market collapse bringing pain and suffering to millions.

Americans want healthcare reform not ObamaCare; they want financial reform not FinReg; they want energy independence not Cap and Trade and new EPA regulations; they want a real leader for a President who's grounded in reality and knows what he's doing; not an incompetent, immature, spaced out fool bludering his way to catastrophe and ruin.

THE REAGAN BUILDING

And where did our great post-partisan uniter and healer in chief sign the greatest financial overhaul since the Great Depression? In the Oval Office or somewhere else in the White House? On Capitol Hill? NO! That wouldn't do. Just as he began his presidential race in Springfield, Illinois on the steps of the Old Court House in imitation of Lincoln, and took his oath of office on Lincoln's Bible, Obama needed a place of symbolic importance when he signed this historic bill: in short he needed the Reagan International Trade Building. What a grand jesture and brilliant bipartisan move. What a way to endear himself to Reapublicans, Tea Partiers and the Reagan Right. Signing into law a bill that massively grows the size and regulatory power of government in a building named in honor of the man who said  "Government is the problem." Imagine the reaction of the liberal press and the anti-capitalist Left if Reagan or Bush had done something similar: if they had signed into law their tax cutting bills in the Roosevelt Room of the White House. MSM would have went ballistic accusing them of intentionally insulting New Deal Liberals and FDR's memory.

Obama signing FinReg in the Reagan Building is like the Islamic supremicist Feisal Rauf building his triumphant mosque near Ground Zero. It's meant to antagonize and divide not unite and heal wounds. What Obama did was the spiteful act of a community agitator on a national scale never before seen. An act of blatant f*ck youism to the opposition (excuse my French).

Obama can't govern like Reagan, lead like Reagan, communicate like Reagan, negotiate like Reagan, win bipartisan support like Reagan; he can't inspire optimism and confidence in the people and business world like Reagan. Obama is a petty, vindicative little man unworthy to be Reagan's shadow. Overshadowed by the Gipper's triumphant legacy of economic renewal at home (his policies created 20 million new jobs) and in defeating the Soviet Union abroad (and liberating millions) Obama's narcissism and battered self-esteem needed a symbolic victory over his anti-socialist nemisis; he needed to cut Ronald Reagan down to size and stick it to the Reagan Right. In their eight years in office neither Reagan nor Bush ever did such a thing as it was morally beneath them. But then again they were two adult men whereas Obama is a petulant child (the Michael Jackson of American politics) pained and humiliated by Reagan's transformational presidency and enduring popularity.

The world of make believe and grand illusions is what blindly drives Obama's destructive, anti-Reagan, egalitarian, statist agenda; and it is taking its toll on his presidency as his incompetence catches up with him and America's disgust with his radical leadership and policies grow. Obama and the Dems are on their way to a massive defeat in the fall; and then political Armageddon in 2012.

THE SUMMER OF RECOVERY REVISED

As the nation's not recovering from its economic woes due to the chaos, uncertainty and pessimism caused by Obama and his plans the heralded Summer of Economic Recovery is turning into something quite different for millions of Americans. Above is one of many thousands of support groups springing up around the country made up of recovering Obamaholics overcoming their addiction to Hope and Change Utopianism and white liberal guilt.
 

Listen up America, I need to revise my economic forecast of last June: This is the Summer of Recovery from the Bummer of Obamunism.
